Office staff and maintenance

New to the community and am very pleased with the attentiveness that we've received through out, from beginning process, moving in and maintenance efficiency. Whole staff has been very polite and courteous , we love our unit and with the staff they've made our move even better.

Great place to live

The staff has been amazing. Specifically Leah in the leasing office. Very friendly and efficient, and quick to respond! Maintenance has been helpful and kind. Neighbors are friendly and courteous!

Bathtub resurfacing

Came home from vacation and had scheduled the resurfacing of my bathtub for when I was gone. When I got home I went to take a look and it was looking very good and exceeded my expectations. I was a little bit worried because the first time I had inquired about it was about 2 years ago and they literally used paint to cover the area. This tub looks like it's back in mint condition! Great job! I'm very happy with the results, thank you.

Worth the money.

Maintainence is awesome, any time we have had an issue, we haven't waited more than 2 days for someone to come out and fix it. We have never had a problem with noisy neighbors. Only problem is occasional parking issues. I have had people park behind me (not in a parking spot) and block me in overnight. Hasn't been an issue on work days, but over the weekend, it is an occasional problem. Other than that, awesome place to live for the price.

Best apartment experience

First, if you’re debating to live here, just stop, and just apply already. This is a great apartment complex and you’ll be treated with respect. The office and maintenance staff show they care. My family and I lived there for 16 months. We had plans to move to Detroit area so we didn’t renew our lease but ended up not moving but had to get a new lease somewhere else and I just say, we miss the place already! 16 months, and it was one of the best apartment experiences We’ve had. Maintenance were on point, never had to wait long. Covid they took precautions to make sure tenants were safe. Their inside pool was a HUGE perk, especially with kids. The play structure was a nice perk as well. Tom and Alex in the office have been extremely helpful. Alex, even gave us more time to clean the apartment after we left so could leave it in a more desirable condition. I would STRONGLY recommend this apartment complex. Hopefully in a year after our lease ends with our current apartment complex, we can come back to Alpine Slopes if they would be so willing to take us. The location is also amazing. Every store and restaurant you could really care for all within 10 minutes. Grand Rapids in 15 minutes.

Love it here!

I've had a great experience at Alpine Slopes Apartments in Comstock Park, MI. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Parking is okay. It is very rare that I have to park farther than I would like. The only downside that we have experienced so far is the laundry. We feel as though we pay enough for the apartment. It's almost too much to have to pay $2.90 to wash and dry a load of laundry. If we do 2 loads per week, it'll cost almost $24 extra per month. It's nice that there's a dog park, but wish there was some grass, not just dirt! I had to place a few work orders when first moving into my apartment, which can be expected. The maintenance team has been very helpful and responsive! Chris Schott was extremely professional and helpful! It's in a nice location! Neighbors are quiet most of the time and you can barely hear any sounds from Alpine.

Quiet, safe, and friendly

I've lived in Alpine Slopes for a little over 3 years and love it here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the grounds are kept nice, my neighbors are quiet, and my apartment is in good shape.

Air conditioner replacement

Bill and Nick from maintenance were very respectful and friendly. They replaced our air conditioner super fast . I love this new management for not just sticking a bandaid on the problem . Thanks guys.??

Awesome Maintenance Service

I drop a stone from my ring down the sink the other day. Wasn’t sure how to get it out. I called maintenance to help me retrieve the stone. Kevin came over this afternoon and was able to recover the stone for me. I am so overjoyed that he was able to retrieve it, that I gave him the biggest hug ever. So glad they can help with the little things that are so very important.

Very Happy Here

Everything about this apartment home setting is just great. Honestly, I have not had one negative issue here. Anything regarding maintenance has been addressed immediately. The management staff is great, and the setting is very nice and woodsy. The newly remodeled community house is open to all residents and their guests, as well as the awesome pool and gym. Just saying it's the best choice for me! Glad I am here.

Best Place to Live

This is the best place that we have found to live in the Grand Rapids area since we moved here from Pennsylvania, right in the middle of everything that one could do Restaurants ,Shopping ,and Entertainment . Best Service EVER!!

Furnace went out...guys were out immediately at 12:30 AM..Problem something that was not in stock. No Problem for me...it was cold out..I was given a radiator heater...Warm..no probs and the issue resolved the next day. These guys are great. Props to Kevin, Mike and Brian. Thanks guys!!!

Great Place!

This is a great place to live! I've been here 6 months now.It's quiet,safe,the grounds are well kept.Maintenance is awesome!Have only had to call a couple times,but they came right out and fixed problem right away.Would highly recommend!!

Quiet and overall a nice community

I've lived here with my 2 teenage children for 2 months. It's very quiet here. Neighbors seem to be respectful. The grounds are pretty well maintained, and it's beautiful in the fall with all the trees. Our apartment is spacious, though I will admit that some things are slightly "dated." It is my understanding that the management company is working to update apartments, but overall I'm quite happy with our apartment for the price. I haven't had to make many maintenance requests, but they have been attentive for the couple minor things I've asked about. I love that you can pay rent online, and you can even submit maintenance requests online. I haven't tried the latter yet, but maybe in the future. It is very close to York Creek Apartments, but we've never had a problem with that to date. I feel safe walking from my building to my car and vice versa. If you're looking for a quiet apartment community that is still close to all the shopping and restaurants...this is your place.

Best Apartment I have live in yet!!!

This place is amazing. You are so close to all the stores, but it feels like you are living in the woods! I recommend all my friends to come live here when they are looking, just because it is that amazing! Rent is overall really reasonable for what you get.

5 stars all round

We are extremely please with our new apartment here at Alpine Slopes. The Maintenance people here are very quick to come and fix things or aid us . We needed a grab bar in the bathtub for my husband about within 2 days they had it up and ready for him. When we moved in we went through the usual checklist they were only a few little things that needed attention but they were here in 2 days to fix everything!! The staff is very friendly and super quick to see to all our needs. They are trying to get a handicapped spot for my husband. The amenities are nice, the apartment on move in was super clean. You can't beat the location in minutes you can be at any store, restaurant or business and as for nose what noise this place is super quiet. We LOVE our new place!!!!!

Best experience.

I have lived at Alpine Slopes for 3 years and I absolutely love it! Amazing, friendly staff. A great workout room and pool that is open all year around. Maintence is very timely and always there when needed. I have had very few problems in my apartment and when I have they have always came right away and fixed them. They are pet friendly, especially accepting of larger dogs which is hard to find in the area! The environment is so nice and cozy, neighbors are respectful, and I would reccommend 100 times over.

Alpine Slopes

I just moved into Alpine Slopes about a week ago and I could not be more pleased with the process. With this being my first time out on my own, I was pretty anxious. Highly Recommended

The staff at Alpine Slopes are great. They answer all my questions, and I have a lot of them! The area is surprisingly quiet for an apartment complex. My maintenance requests were taken care of the same day which I didn't expect at all. It's been awesome living here so far!

Great apartments and staff

I have lived in Alpine Slopes for almost two years total (once a few years ago and came back last year). I only have good things to say about them. They are the best value this side of Grand Rapids. The apartments are spacious. The staff are always very nice and helpful. They worked with me when I had a row boat a few years ago so I wouldn't have to pay to store it elsewhere. The maintenance staff is always there when you need them, morning or night. We had a heater issue and it was taken care of same day. They are always seeming to make improvements too. They got a Starbucks Coffee machine in their leasing office!
